This page explains, in plain English, what happens to your information when you use this site. The short version: we only keep what you type into the form, and we use it for one thing — to reply to you.
Who looks after your data
This site belongs to pjerseN, a website design agency. We are the ones who decide what happens to the information collected here — Brazil’s data protection law, the LGPD, calls that the controller.
For anything on this page, reach us on WhatsApp. It is the channel that answers fastest.
What we collect
Only what you type into the contact form: your name, your email, your company name (if you choose to fill it in) and your message. We also keep the record that you ticked the box authorising contact.
We never ask for a tax ID, address, phone number or any payment details. If you write any of that inside the message, it comes through with it — so write only what we need in order to understand your project.
As the message is sent, the server reads the IP address it came from. That is used only to block spam bots, stays in memory for a few minutes and is never written down anywhere.
What we use it for
To reply to you and talk about your project. Nothing beyond that.
This site has no database. Your message becomes an email that lands in pjerseN’s inbox, and nothing is stored here. We do not use what you write to build mailing lists, we send no newsletter and we pass your contact details to no one.
Cookies
Just one, and it does not watch you: it remembers whether you chose Portuguese or English, so the site opens in the right language next time. It is the same kind of memory a site uses to remember that you dismissed a notice.
There is no advertising cookie, no social network pixel, and none of your information is sold or shared for marketing. We do measure audience — but with a tool that uses no cookie, explained in the next section. That is why you still see no cookie banner here: there is nothing to consent to beyond what the site needs in order to work.
Audience measurement
To find out how many people visit the site and which pages draw the most interest, we use Vercel Web Analytics. It counts visits in aggregate: which page was opened, which site you arrived from, device type, browser and country.
What it does not do: it writes no cookie to your browser, creates no identifier to follow you across other sites, does not store your IP address, and gives us no way to work out who you are. There is no way to tie a visit to a person.
That is why we chose this tool over Google Analytics, which would need a cookie and would force this site to show a consent banner.
Who else has access
Two companies sit on the path your message travels. Vercel hosts the site and keeps technical access logs, as any server does. Resend delivers the email containing what you wrote.
Both run servers outside Brazil, so your information may be processed abroad. Neither is authorised to use your data for purposes of their own.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in our inbox for as long as the conversation makes sense, like any work email. If you ask us to delete it, we delete it.
Your rights
The LGPD guarantees that at any time you may: find out whether we hold data about you, ask for a copy, correct anything that is wrong, ask us to erase everything, and withdraw the permission you gave when you sent the form.
Ask on WhatsApp and we will sort it out. We charge nothing for it and we ask for no justification.
Security
The whole site runs over an encrypted connection — the padlock your browser shows. Since we store nothing here, there is no database on this site for anyone to break into: the care goes into the inbox that receives the messages.
Changes to this page
If the site starts using a new tool that involves your information, this page is updated first, and the date at the top changes with it.
